The MANTA restaurant with its sandy floor presents a different theme each day, ranging from Maldivian specialities to crowd-pleasing pizzas. Alongside your meal, you can pick from a wide selection of international wines to toast with from their cellar. For a more casual dining experience, check out the ALIZÉE beach grill a few steps from the sea – the à la carte menu features net-fresh grilled seafood and tender Wagyu beef. The MANTA bar is the place for tropical cocktails and a lively atmosphere thanks to its resident DJ, whereas TOTEM bar is all about relaxing under a canopy of trees cradling a sundowner and gazing at the pastel sunset.
