Atlantis Paradise Island
Hand-Picked Hotel
All-singing, all-dancing island resort with a choice of four different hotels.
Few hotels in the Caribbean will take your breath away like the Atlantis Paradise Island. This large, regal-looking resort is one of the most iconic in The Bahamas, and it’s a bigger, brighter, and glossier version of the outside world. Its location is ideal, too, right on top of the sugar-white sands of Paradise Lagoon Beach.
Choosing where to stay is half the experience. You can opt for The Coral Towers (4*), The Royal Towers (4.5*), The Cove (5*) or The Reef (5*). Whatever you decide, expect swish, modern guest rooms with great views and easy access to the resort's plentiful facilities.
Speaking of, expect big numbers here. There are 11 swimming pools, 19 bars and lounges, and a whopping 26 restaurants to choose from, serving everything from sushi and seafood to pizza and pasta. You’ve also got waterparks, golf courses, casinos, a huge aquarium, nightclubs, and live entertainment venues. A handy shuttle bus will whisk you around to save you the legwork.

Local Area
Situated just offshore from New Providence, the main island in the Bahamas, Paradise Island is approximately one square mile of activities and entertainment. It’s popular with guests from around the world, including Americans and Canadians, who like to spend their vacations here making the most of a staggering number of facilities including casinos, swimming pools, golf courses and beachside hotels.
Getting to Paradise Island is relatively straightforward. The island nation’s capital, Nassau, has its own international airport, with flights from the UK or from countless cities across the North America – it takes just over three hours, for example, to fly direct from New York City to Nassau. Once you touch down, you’re just a 30-minute drive to Paradise Island via the Sir Sidney Poitier Bridge.
