The main part of the hotel lies beachside, while the smaller, adults-only section promises peace and seclusion and is just across the road from reception. This is somewhere to lose yourself in spa treatments, snorkelling and sailing excursions before jumping in a water taxi and dining out at a choice of sister resorts along the coast. Of course, you could always stay put if you’re after something to eat. The sashimi and sushi dishes at Shiso restaurant are tasty and refreshing, and you can’t beat Sunscape for tapas-style small plates on an open-sided terrace.
