Optional excursions
How to book excursions:
You can book online excursions through our call centre on 0808 189 8899 or in resort.
Gozo
Travel by coach and ferry (25-minute sailing) to Gozo for an island tour. First stop is Dwejra Point, where you can see where the remarkable rock formation known as the Azure Window once stood, before it was destroyed by a 2017 storm. You also visit the pilgrimage centre of Ta’Pinu, where a large neo-romanesque church marks the spot on which a peasant woman heard the voice of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1883. In the afternoon you visit Victoria, the capital of Gozo. As Gozo is a very small island, the import of new coaches is strictly limited to avoid congestion, so the coaches used for this excursion may be of a lower standard than in Malta.
