Located in the rural village of Walberton, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, Avisford Park Hotel is surrounded by charming villages, conservation areas, traditional Sussex architecture, and miles of pristine farmland. It is approximately eight miles from the historic city of Chichester, and five miles from Arundel in West Sussex. Buses and a taxi service are available from the hotel so you can explore the area.

Arundel is famous for its dramatic skyline dominated by the medieval Arundel Castle and the Gothic Arundel Cathedral, and was traditionally a market town, with cattle markets held on Maltravers Street. Enjoy beautiful views of the Arundel Valley, and a charming blend of a thousand years of history, steep cobblestone streets, festively decorated independent shops, art galleries and welcoming tea rooms. If you want to get out into nature, Arundel Wetland Centre is five miles from the hotel and is home to 50 species of wildfowl, while the boating lake in Arundel, four miles from the hotel, is a great place to take a lakeside stroll and see the winter landscape unfold.

Meals are served in The Cedar Restaurant. Wine and water are included at lunch and dinner. Welcome tea and coffee on arrival. On Christmas Eve, a light buffet luncheon is available, with tea and cakes in the afternoon On Christmas Day, enjoy a glass of mulled wine, a three-course Christmas lunch with all the trimmings, as well as tea and Christmas cake in the afternoon and a light buffet supper. On Boxing Day there is a light buffet luncheon, and tea served with cake in the afternoon.
