Day 2 - Washington DC
Today, you’ll be invited to take a tour of the city in the Red Roadster all-electric vehicle, the perfect way to avoid the crowds as you see the sights dotted around what is actually quite a large area of the city. You’ll spot all the most important monuments, including the Smithsonian and Holocaust museums and you’ll hop off the vehicle for up close visits to the Martin Luther King and Lincoln Memorials. Not only will you be exploring on land, but you’ll also be taking a cruise on the Potomac River, too. There’s plenty to experience from the perspective of the water with Arlington Cemetery and the WWI & WWII memorials all featuring along the way. After you’ve familiarised yourself with DC by day it will be time to take an evening tour. An included Old Town trolley tour takes in the capital’s monuments and memorials from a whole new angle. It’s a great way to learn about the city’s characters and stories as well as seeing the key landmarks illuminated after dark.

Day 3 - Washington DC
After yesterday’s sightseeing tours, you’ll no doubt have become much more familiar with the city. It’s an easy place to navigate on foot with several Smithsonian museums and galleries clustered close to the Washington Monument and the White House. We can also help you with entrance passes and tickets to attractions as well as organising guided tours to Arlington Cemetery. Also, if you’re looking to explore away from the city centre, there are numerous notable neighbourhoods that are worth a trip. Georgetown, Adams Morgan, and Foggy Bottom are all accessible by public transport or taxi. We can also assist with guided e-bike and Segway tours, if you fancy a fun way of seeing the sights.

Day 4 - Depart Washington DC
Wave goodbye to Washington DC as you transfer by private car to the airport in time to catch your flight home. Otherwise, if you’re hoping to see more of the East Coast, or anywhere else in America for that matter, please get in touch for more travel ideas.
