2. This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is Fifty (50) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified within 28 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified by email or phone call within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received so please ensure your email address and telephone contact details are correct.

4. Entries received between 00:00 on 10 October 2024 to 11:59 on 27 October 2024 will be eligible for the prize draw. The prize cannot be retrospectively applied to bookings made prior to the date of your winner notification email. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Prize is as offered; no extensions or upgrades are available.

5. Prize winner must be over 50 and guest must be aged 40 or over.

6. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

7. The competition is free to enter; however valid email address and a telephone number are required.

8. To enter, entrants must be following Saga Holidays on Facebook, and to answer the competition question correctly.

9. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities.

10. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold comprehensive travel insurance, valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents.

11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the holiday giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the holiday prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

14. The prize must be redeemed within three months of the competition closing date. Winners must travel in February to May 2025, excluding the Easter Holidays.
