Three Boutique Hotel
Luxury boutique hotel with stunning mountain views and a historic heart, in a stylish Cape Town suburb.
Set in the leafy Cape Town suburb of Oranjezicht, the Three Boutique Hotel is an elegant retreat within walking distance of the cosmopolitan restaurant and cafés of Kloof Street. The building, which is a national monument, was lovingly renovated by the owners who returned it to its former glory but with all the comforts of a luxury boutique property.
The hotel’s restaurant provides exceptional service as well as chances to dine alfresco in the courtyard. What better way to complete a day’s sightseeing other than returning home for a delicious meal followed by a couple of sundowners on the rooftop terrace.
If you’re looking to linger a little longer before heading into town, the hotel pool provides the perfect place to do just that. Surrounded by a columned terrace and comfy day bed lounge area, it is the ideal spot for relaxing and recharging.
No matter whether you’re taking in the mountains from the rooftop terrace or relaxing with a good book on a lounger by the pool, the Three Boutique Hotel is the perfect home from home.

Local Area
The Cape Town suburb of Oranjezicht sits on the lower slopes of Table Mountain.
Oranjezicht sits perched above Kloof Street, adjacent to Vredehoek with only Buitenkant Street separating the two. Homes here are large and gracious with enviable views of Table Mountain, the foreshore and the distant Hottentots Holland Mountains. Kloof Street’s lively restaurant scene is within walking distance of Oranjezicht - although be prepared for the climb on the return journey.
It’s a great location if you’re looking to see the sights without staying in the city centre. The local bus route takes around 30 minutes into town with regular rides throughout the day. Alternatively, you can opt for a shuttle service if you’re planning on joining a tour.
Several local attractions are also within walking distance. For example, Garden’s Shopping Centre and the Mountain Market are both to be found close to Oranjezicht. Alternatively, you can get your hiking boots on and head for the coast. The Van Riebeeck Park walking trail leads directly to Camps Bay via the Pipe Track. It’s a fair trek but well worth it for those gorgeous white sand beaches and azure blue Atlantic swells.
If you are heading into central Cape Town, be sure to visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront as well as taking the cable car to the top of Table Mountain. It’s a great day out and made all the more rewarding if you can return home to a luxury retreat for cocktails by the pool.
