The views are particularly memorable from the 77th floor infinity pool – highest in the world – this is certainly a place to see and be seen.
As you’d expect from this homegrown Emirati chain, Address knows how to do Dubai luxury. Like the rooms on the lower floors, the 75th floor spa has floor-to-ceiling windows (because you wouldn’t want to waste any of that view). On the ground floor, there are another two pools set in landscaped grounds (one of which is adults only), with the beach just a few seconds away.
5 bars and restaurants serve a mix of Mediterranean, Brazilian/Middle Eastern and international food– but the highlight must be ZETA Seventy Seven - up on the 77th floor it’s the perfect sundowner venue.

You’ll get floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking either the Arabian Gulf and Ain Dubai (the world’s largest observation wheel), or Dubai Marina’s skyline. If you can tear yourself away from those views, you’ll find pretty much anything you could want from a Dubai holiday within a few minutes’ walk of the Address Beach Resort. Part of the Jumeirah Beach Residence area, you’ll find The Beach – a busy seafront development and promenade – right outside the door.
Naturally, there’s no shortage of shopping and eating – everything from high-end luxury to street stalls – but this is as much a place to wander as it is to shop and eat. The marina is also close at hand, offering yet more eating and shopping and some of the city’s best nightlife. If getting active is more your thing, you’ll find plenty of watersports and other diversions around the marina.
If it’s time for a change of pace, Jumeirah Mosque is nearby, and offers tours complete with traditional Arab hospitality in the form of coffee and local snacks. Slightly further (but still within easy reach) is Dubai Creek and Old Dubai – home to magical souks, traditional wooden dhows and an 18th century fort.
