The Westin Dubai is not simply a hotel – together with its sister properties, the family-friendly Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, the trendy adults-only enclave W Dubai and the popular on-site Jungle Bay Waterpark – it’s a destination in itself. The Westin Dubai’s location next to Dubai Marina puts you in one of the city’s most exciting districts. The marina itself is an attractive place to wander, packed with luxury yachts and surrounded by impressive skyscrapers. On The Beach – a beachfront boulevard – you’ll find street art, an outdoor running track and numerous shops and restaurants.
Marina Beach is similarly lively, and popular with watersports enthusiasts. If you’d rather stay dry, take a casual stroll along the beach or simply chill on a sunlounger.
You’ll also be within easy reach of some of Dubai’s more traditional attractions. Jumeirah Mosque offers interesting tours for those who want to learn more about Islamic culture, with coffee and Emirati snacks included. And for a taste of old Dubai, Dubai Creek with its souks is just a 30-minute taxi ride away.
