In Dubai, you’ll stay at your choice of two hotels on Palm Jumeirah. Along with the island itself, the beaches here are man-made but no less beautiful as a result. We have included a half-day city tour to give you the lowdown on Dubai, but otherwise you’re free to plan your stay in Dubai, and in Ras Al Khaimah however you see fit. Ras Al Khaimah may be one of the less well-known Emirates, but boasts stunning sandy beaches and a choice of quality hotels offering exceptional value for money. A week here gives ample time to relax but also to discover its relaxed charms, not least the terracotta coloured Hajar Mountains that form a stunning backdrop to the city and its coastline.
