Blue Waters Resort & Spa

Hand-Picked Hotel

Idyllic colonial-style resort with beach-facing rooms and suites.

Head to the far north of Antigua and you’ll find one of the island’s best-loved beachfront properties. The Blue Waters Resort & Spa is a welcoming, family-owned spot, offering both hotel-style guest rooms and one-bedroom luxury suites (4.5*), as well as adjacent penthouse, villa, and cottage-style accommodations collectively known as The Cove Suites (5*).

This resort has sprawling tropical gardens and direct access to Blue Waters Beach. Each of the 82 guest rooms and suites face the sea, and there’s nowhere better than your own private patio or balcony to soak up the pink and purple sunsets.

Step outside, and you’ll find three different dining venues (there's an option to upgrade to all-inclusive). You've also got a choice of swimming pools (including an adults-only pool), as well as treatments and beauty therapies at the spa.

Also part of the line-up are non-motorised water sports, flood-lit tennis courts and daily activities like yoga, rum tastings, nature walks and yacht trips.

With impressive facilities and a convenient beachside location (and a short transfer from Antigua VC Bird Airport), it's little wonder guests return to the Blue Waters Resort & Spa year after year.

Local Area

The island of Antigua can be found to the northeast of the Caribbean, just before the tide turns into the Atlantic. It’s a spectacular location with a white-sand coastline and lush interior.

The snorkelling here is excellent, as is the sailing. In fact, head to English Harbour, in the south of the island, and you’ll find modern marinas and maritime heritage museums, including Nelson’s Dockyard.

Thanks to the island’s compact nature, you’re never far away from anything. For example, you can get from Blue Waters in the north to Rendezvous Bay in the south in under an hour by car. Devil’s Bridge National Park, in the east of the island, is also easily accessible, as are the 18th century cannons looking westwards from Fort James. The airport’s also conveniently close, just 15-20 minutes by car, as is the capital, St. John’s.

Please note

  • All-Inclusive Plan includes: Full English breakfast taken in Palm; lunch at Reef or Palm; sundowner service - 5-7pm daily - in Veronica's; dinner can be enjoyed either in the Palm (generally open daily), the Cove (generally open most days during the winter and festive seasons, and occasionally at other times when guest numbers require), the Reef (generally open only for ‘pop-up’ evening dining concepts) or at the weekly barbecue evenings. Most premium branded bar drinks are also included (certain top-shelf premium brands are at an additional charge) and house wines, cocktails and beers. Guests staying on all-inclusive also enjoy a fully stocked mini bar in their rooms.
