Relaxed beachside resort on St Lucia’s naturally beautiful northwest coast.
The Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa offers direct access to the white sands of Reduit Beach and the shops, bars, and restaurants of Rodney Bay Village. It’s the perfect place to rest and relax in the sunshine as you tuck into seafood grills, authentic Caribbean cuisine, and spicy West Indian dishes.
You’ve got a choice of bed & breakfast, half board and all-inclusive dining options, plus if you stay for one week on an all-inclusive basis, you can dine out for two nights during your stay at a number of specially selected restaurants nearby.
If you’re looking to work up an appetite, there’s a lagoon-style swimming pool, inflatable fun at the Splash Island Water Park, and a choice of non-motorised water sports like snorkelling and sea kayaking. If pampering’s more your thing, La Mer Spa promises wraps, massages, and ancient Ayurveda healing therapies.
Explore outside the resort and you’ll discover Baywalk Mall and Treasure Casino both within easy walking distance, plus Rodney Bay is a great place for a stroll.

Holiday location
Local Area
St Lucia sits on the eastern side of the Caribbean Sea and provides a quintessential white-sand beach break for sun-loving holidaymakers. However, delve a little deeper and you’ll discover there’s more to this tropical idyll than simply sand, sea, and sunshine.
Around 90 minutes’ drive from St. Lucia’s main international airport, the northwest coast is where you’ll find some incredible accommodation options overlooking the ocean. Locations like Rodney Bay – about a 20-minute drive north of the capital, Castries – are lovely and feature some beautiful stretches of sand. You’re also just a short drive from the British colonial forts and lookout points at Pigeon Island.
Head inland and it’s the rainforest adventure parks that steal the show, with aerial runways and zip-wires through the treetop canopy providing thrills in the forest. Of course, no trip to St Lucia would be complete without at least clapping eyes on the iconic Pitons. These lush green volcanic peaks seem to soar out of the ground to provide hikers with walking trails and nature photographers with perfect panoramas.

- IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that Bay Gardens Beach Resort is currently undertaking construction work on land adjacent to the existing hotel. The hotel will first build a new beachside restaurant and a new spa facility; and then, from autumn 2024, work will commence on a three-storey block comprising nine new three-bedroom villas. Work will take place from 10am-4pm (typically Mon-Fri), and every effort will be taken to minimise noise and visual impact, including the erection of a hoarding around the entire site to shield it from view. The swimming pool, main public areas and most of the guestrooms do not directly face the site, however some noise and visual impact may be expected from rooms described as having garden views, as these are located in the garden room block closest to the building works. During the construction period, all guest services will be maintained without interruption – the hotel’s seafood restaurant (‘Sea Grapes’) has been replaced by new tapas-style dining (‘Trios’) and spa treatments will be available from a temporary location above the main lobby. Work is expected to be completed by mid-2025.
