Food and drink

Discover authentic Mediterranean and Greek cuisine at the on-site restaurant. If you tend to get peckish around 4pm, you'll love the complimentary tea and biscuits are offered at the hotel between 4-6pm. The bar is free for two hours a day before dinner for Saga guests, offering Greek spirits, draught beer, house wine, gin and tonic and ouzo.

Local Area

The hotel is a perfect base from which to explore the fascinating city of Athens and some of the other wonders of ancient Greece close by. Weekly shuttles to both Corinth and Athens are included and in the latter, you’ll arrive close to the Acropolis to wander alongside the Parthenon or visit the outstanding Acropolis Museum. Or head on further to the city’s oldest district, the village-like Plaka.

Don’t miss the chance to spend a day exploring the treasures of Athens, one of the oldest cities in the world. A showcase for Greek and classical history, our excursion ticks all the must-sees like the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Zeus and Dionysus Theatre, as well as more contemporary landmarks like Constitution Square and the acclaimed National Gallery. The excursion is approximately seven hours door-to-door including about two and a half hours travel time, and entrance to all archaeological sites is included.
