Everything is freshly cooked and prepared, with a daily updated menu of seasonal/regional fresh products. 90% of the pasta is homemade by the owners as well as all the gnocchi, ravioli and desserts. Breakfast is buffet style, with homemade cakes and pastries, pancakes, fresh local marmalades, bread corner (white and brown), a Bio (organic)-corner, and of course savoury corner with cold cuts, cheese and eggs.
