Food and drink

Everything is freshly cooked and prepared, with a daily updated menu of seasonal/regional fresh products. 90% of the pasta is homemade by the owners as well as all the gnocchi, ravioli and desserts. Breakfast is buffet style, with homemade cakes and pastries, pancakes, fresh local marmalades, bread corner (white and brown), a Bio (organic)-corner, and of course savoury corner with cold cuts, cheese and eggs. You’ll find seasonal fruits, fruit salad, and apples from the nearby Val di Non are always on the buffet. Hot breakfast options are available cooked to order.

The first optional excursion of the week introduces you to the traditional production of cheese. Visiting a working dairy farm, you’ll find out how cheese is made in the Cavedago area as well as enjoying a tasting session surrounded by gently rolling hillsides and lush green pastures.
