Included excursions
El Jardín de Aclimatación de la Orotava and the lost garden of El Sitio Litre
Step inside the Jardin de Aclimatación and you'll find yourself in an exotic oasis surrounded by gigantic figs, palms and flowering plants such as frangipani and poinsettia. This botanical garden is the result of more than two centuries' work and provides a place of peace and tranquility for the people of Puerto de la Cruz. Another of Tenerife's oldest gardens is El Sitio Litre. Set within the grounds of a private mansion, this is where you'll find Tenerife's largest collection of orchids sitting between pathways, pergolas and plenty of seats from where to take it all in.
