We are so confident you will love your first holiday with us that, if for any reason at all you do not love it, we will happily refund you.
It is an exclusive promise we make to all our customers when trying their first overseas Saga holiday.
If, during the first day of your holiday, you are not enjoying yourself, let us know.
Our team will do everything to address your concerns, but if we cannot resolve your issues within 48 hours, we will arrange travel home at no extra cost and refund the price of your holiday.
Available to customers that have not previously travelled with Saga Travel.
This guarantee applies to all overseas holidays greater than 7 nights in duration. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this guarantee on our UK holidays.
To take advantage, you must state your intention to leave your holiday early to the Saga tour manager or Saga host during the first 24 hours.
They will endeavour to resolve any issues within 48 hours, but if a solution cannot be agreed in this time, Saga will arrange and cover the cost of your return transport home at the next available opportunity and refund the price of your holiday.
We will not refund costs incurred for items not purchased directly through Saga, such as, but not limited to, overnight accommodation or third-party insurance. The guarantee does not affect Saga’s standard booking conditions or pre-departure cancellation policy. Further terms and conditions may apply.
