Stephen and Viv: Out of Africa

If you caught it last year, you may recall the couple had to race 9,320 miles from the north of Japan in Sapporo and make their way across eight border crossings and six different seas to the finish line in Indonesia’s paradisical Lombok.

Having competed in the race through Asia, Stephen and Viv did an incredible job travelling outside their comfort zone and embracing all that was thrown at them – without a smartphone, a tight budget and just a backpack each.

So, it’s great to hear some behind-the-scenes stories from them and discover some of their experiences that weren’t shown on TV.

The couple also recently returned from their very first trip with us – and had such a wonderful time on their South African safari that they wanted to share their thoughts – from their packing tips to the incredible wildlife they saw. Plus, they tell us why they're looking forward to travelling to India with us soon and what they’re hoping to see and do on our India’s Golden Triangle tour.
