This tour does exactly what is says on the tin, introducing you to Japan’s rich history and most spectacular sights. You’ll have an English-speaking guide on arrival and guided tours in both Tokyo and Kyoto. As for the rest of your trip? It’s yours to spend just as you wish, and your included Japan Rail Pass gives you easy access to Kanazawa (the craft city), and Takayama, known as ‘the Pearl of the Japanese Alps’. You’ll also experience an overnight stay in a traditional Japanese inn or, ‘ryokan’. Please note: Certain sections of this itinerary will be with other travellers, including shared transfers. The minimum group size will be two people and the maximum will be 16 people.
