Located close to the border with Mexico, San Diego is a laid-back surf city in southern California. This is where to head when you’re looking to experience expansive city parks, soft sand beaches and a huge choice of historic downtown attractions.
Balboa Park is certainly the best place to start a sightseeing tour with lush green gardens, Spanish art studios and the ever-popular San Diego Zoo all included. Set off for an early morning stroll or take a ride on the Old Town Trolley and hop on/hop off around the city.
