Villas are designed as multi-storey townhouses with either three or four en-suite bedrooms. All villas have fully equipped kitchens including fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Villas also feature balconies and covered terrace areas as well as ample living and dining space. Upgrades are available including BBQ grill and hot tub. All villas have access to resort facilities including swimming pool, hot tub, and restaurant. RESORT FEE: $10.75 per day (subject to applicable taxes) will be charged directly upon check-in unless booking a room type that specifically states the fee is included. Resort Fees cover the provision of selected hotel facilities, amenities, and services; and both the inclusions and the fee itself are subject to change without notice.

Orlando is one of America’s southernmost cities. It’s located in central Florida with the Atlantic Ocean sitting about an hour and a half drive east and the Gulf of Mexico roughly the same distance to the west. Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre both make great day trip ideas as do the white sand beaches and seaside towns close to Tampa Bay.
Famed for the theme parks of Walt Disney World® and Universal Orlando Resort, this is where folk head for fun, sun, and unforgettable experiences. The city also boasts numerous 18-hole golf courses as well as multiple shopping malls and outlet stores.
There are several smaller towns surrounding Orlando that also offer access to the thrill rides and amusements of Disney. Places like Kissimmee. This small lakeside city sits on the northwest shore of Lake Tohopekaliga. It’s home to numerous shopping centres and golf courses as well as some great biking and walking trails around the lake.

- Your home is allocated on arrival; directions and the exact address of the home will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, where you may be directed to a local resort office to collect your home details.
- Due to the nature of Allocation on Arrival Homes, booking requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Florida State Law requires all clients to register, and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 14 days prior to their arrival date.
- Minimum stay is 2 nights. The price is per night based on four adults sharing.
