Each luxury holiday home and villa has been designed with pleasure in mind. All feature a swimming pool, and many include special added extras such as cinema rooms, jet spas and loft rooms with pool tables and arcade games. Most bedrooms are en-suite whilst living and dining areas are elegant and oversized. Fully equipped kitchens feature breakfast bars and all mod-cons. Patio doors open to outside terraces and alfresco lounging and dining space. RESORT FEE: This hotel does not currently charge any additional Resort Fee (subject to change without notice).

Local Area
The city of Orlando sits right in the centre of Florida, in between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. It’s approximately an hour and a half drive in either direction before you reach the coast. To the east you’ll find Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre whereas, to the west, white sand beaches and seaside villages surround Tampa Bay.
Staying in the city gives you access to Walt Disney World® and Universal Orlando Resort as well as numerous other theme parks and science centres. You’ll also be able to visit a whole host of shopping malls and outlet stores and walking trails around Lake Eola Park.
Just outside of Orlando, there are several smaller towns that also offer access to Florida’s famous theme parks. Lakeside cities like Kissimmee, for instance. Set on the shores of Lake Tohopekaliga, Kissimmee is also home to shopping centres and golf courses in addition to cycling and walking paths around the lake.

Please note
- Your home is allocated on arrival; directions and the exact address of the home will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, where you may be directed to a local resort office to collect your home details.
- Due to the nature of Allocation on Arrival Homes, booking requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Florida State Law requires all clients to register, and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check-in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 14 days prior to their arrival date.
- Electric pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking at an additional charge. We recommend this during the months of October – April.
- Minimum stay is 7 nights. The price is per night based on four adults sharing.
