Your host may not be at the airport when you arrive, as flights often come in at different times throughout the day. But don’t worry – one of our friendly transfer team will be there to meet you, holding a clearly marked sign so they’re easy to spot.  

Absolutely! Your host will be delighted to help make your anniversary extra special. Whether it’s a small surprise, a celebratory treat, or a memorable moment during your stay, we’ll do our best to make it one to remember. Just share the details with us before you travel so we can plan accordingly. 

If you fall ill during your trip, your safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We provide 24/7 assistance to ensure you receive the necessary medical attention.

Depending on the severity of the illness, we will help you access local healthcare services, and our duty office team will be there to support you every step of the way.

We strongly recommend our included travel insurance that covers medical expenses and potential trip disruptions. You can opt out, but this ensures you can travel with peace of mind, knowing we’ve got you covered should anything unexpected occur. 

Yes, these are only available to purchase in resort. Plus, plenty of activities will be organised throughout the week, all led by your host. 

If you have any issues during your stay at the hotel, don’t hesitate to contact your host right away. They’re here to help and will work closely with the hotel to sort things out. We kindly ask that you let us know about any problems before you check out – this gives us the chance to make things right while you’re still enjoying your stay. If you wait until after you’ve returned home to reach out, it might limit how much we can do to resolve your concerns. 

Yes! Many of our guests travel solo, and they find it a wonderful way to meet new people and share experiences. Our hosts are always on hand to support you - whether that’s by connecting you with other travellers or simply checking in regularly to see if you need anything. 

Our hosts know the area you are visiting really well. We start off each holiday with an orientation of the hotel’s surrounding area, so you can become familiar with where you’re staying. The host will also organise other trips and walks, sometimes a little further afield.
