This is your opportunity to experience some of Canada’s most vibrant seaside cities and the stunning fjord-cut and glacier-filled coastlines of British Columbia and Alaska. First up, you’ll spend three nights taking in the sights and sounds of Vancouver, with its waterfront setting and stunning mountain backdrop. You’ll take the ferry over to Vancouver Island for an excursion to Victoria, the historic and charming provincial capital of B.C., to visit its beautiful Butchart Gardens as well as Canada’s oldest Chinatown. Returning to Vancouver via floatplane is a real highlight, flying above the straits of water you’ll be sailing through the next day as you board your Holland America Line cruise ship. Set sail for Alaska’s Inside Passage, an icy blue region renowned for its spectacular glacial scenery and historic fishing harbours. You’ll enjoy whole days spent exploring remote ports of call like Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan as well as experiencing the spectacular Glacier Bay National Park.
