If you’re looking to stay local, the Central Business District is the perfect location to access all areas. Situated within a bend in the Brisbane River, you’ll find yourself within walking distance of all the main attractions including the City Botanic Gardens.
Once you’ve got orientated - and if you’ve brought your hiking boots - take on the easy(ish) trail up to the top of Mt. Coot-tha. It’s a bit of a trek to the start point at JC Slaughter Falls but fortune favours the brave. The views from the summit are amazing
