Cruise USA depots
You can rent your motorhome from 40 different USA locations. Take a look at Cruise America’s depots above. One-way rentals between depots are generally available, at an additional fee. Stop for a photo, detour to a must-see sight, linger over lunch – it’s up to you.
How does waking up in the morning to a view of the Grand Canyon sound? With the Cruise America app, you can easily search for campsites in your chosen location. To book, all you need to do is call ahead.
There’s a great selection of campgrounds available across the US, ranging from huge resorts with restaurants and bars, family leisure activities and swimming pools, through to smaller grounds with just a general store and shower block. You’ll even find adults-only campgrounds, plus those that cater exclusively for those aged 55 and above, looking to enjoy a sociable stay in the company of like-minded holidaymakers.
The app also details the likes of national parks and public spaces, where you’re welcome to pitch up for the night before hitting the road again in the morning.
We’ve listed the standard features in all Cruise America RVs below. For added convenience, you can also pre-book certain packs for your motorhome. The vehicle provisioning kit contains pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, while the personal kit includes things like towels and bedding. Camping chairs are available for hire locally, too. C21 Compact Motorhome Plus
Sleeps: 4
The new and improved Compact Motorhome Plus is a little bigger than the C19 and fits into a normal parking space. This one sleeps up to four people thanks to a dining table that converts into a bed (along with the over-cab bed), so it’s great for a group or a twosome in need of a little extra space.

C25 Standard Motorhome
Sleeps: 5
A Cruise America customer favourite, the C25 is the fleet’s medium-sized model and sleeps up to five people. It’s got a rear corner double bed in the back and a dining area that converts to a single bed, along with the usual over-cab double bed.

C30 Large Motorhome
Sleeps: 7
The C30 is the largest in the Cruise America fleet, a nice and roomy vehicle with an over-cab bed, convertible sofa bed and dining area bed, plus a separate bedroom at the back with its own bed.
The cost of hiring a Cruise America motorhome varies, depending on the time of year you’re travelling and motorhome availability. Book early and you could save up to 15% off the daily rate, so it’s worth getting organised well in advance.
There are various mileage packages available – all of which must be booked in advance of your trip. For the best value for travelling long distances, ask about the Unlimited Mileage Plus package, which includes unlimited mileage, a vehicle provision kit, a personal kit for each passenger travelling, and generator use (if applicable).
