Driving from Moab to Salt Lake City gets some miles on the clock before you wind your way into Wyoming where the geysers, waterfalls and hot springs of Yellowstone take centre stage. From here on out you’ll be in cowboy country as you cross the plains of South Dakota and Nebraska where buffalo roam and fossilised grooves mark the tale of the Oregon Trail. Where better to complete the trip than back in Mile High City, Denver?
